BREACH OF UNDERTAKING

of May, 2011 following a criminal harassment investigation.  It is alleged that since January 2011, the male had been harassing another 17 year-old male.  On the offence date, it is alleged that during a sports activity between two local high schools, the male continuously harassed him and further threatened to injure him.  As a result, police were contacted and an investigation commenced.  As a result of the investigation, the male is cing 1 count of Criminal Harassment and 1 count of Utter threats.  He was released to the custody of a parent and is scheduled to appear in court on theastern ontario health unit cornwalle 07

of May, 2011 for breaching his conditions.  He was bound by two Undertaking Orders with the same conditions: to Not associate with anyone with a criminal record and to Keep the Peace and be of Good Behaviour.  On the offence date, it is alleged that he was located in the company of a male who has a criminal record.  He was arrested and charged with 4 counts of Breach of Undertaking and released to appear in court on the 07

of June, 2011 to answer to the charges.

IMPAIRED OPERATION OF A MOTOR VEHICLE and OVER 80

of May, 2011 for breaching his conditions.  He was bound by a Recognizance Order with conditions to Not associate witeastern ontaYour Police Blotter for the Cornwall Ontario Area &h persons known to have a criminal record and to Not be away from his residence unless in the presence of his surety.  On the offence date, police allege that they located him riding his bicycle on Fourth Street West in the company of another youth who has a criminal record.  It is also alleged that he was not accompanied by his surety at the time. As a result, the youth was arrested and charged with 2 counts of Breach of Recognizance.  He was held in custody until court.  His name is withheld due to provisions under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

The investigation revealed that sometime overnight unknown suspect(s) attended a residence and slashed the two rear tires on a vehicle parked in a driveway.

(South Stormont) On 07May11, at approximately 10:30am, SD&G OPP officers responded to a report of a mischief on Maple St. Ingleside, On.

Emergency Services Agency are hosting a Safe Grad event for Grade 12 students.  Partners also include the Cornwall Fire Department, the O.P.P., the R.C.M.P., Community for Sober Highways and Waterways, Arrive Alive, the L.C.B.O., the Eastern Ontario Health Unit, Signature Driving, the Heart and Stroke Foundation, State Farm Insurance, Cornwall Multi-Spot Club, Star Tek and Metro Towing. The event will be held at the Cornwall Civic Complex.
